Lead/Senior User Experience Designer Leading end-to-end UX for eCommerce products. I turn user insights into intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces, collaborate across teams, and craft experiences that improve usability, engagement, and business outcomes.

Delivery Project LeadLed user-centered UX projects from research to delivery. Created user journeys, flows, personas, and information architecture to shape intuitive experiences. Designed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually engaging UIs, following a full Design Thinking process.

Wipro Limited

Technical Leader Designed UX/UI for responsive websites, enterprise web applications, native and hybrid mobile apps. Collaborated with cross-functional teams using the Design Thinking process to create user journeys, personas, task flows, IA, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Built design systems and delivered polished visual designs.

Worked onsite in the USA and Qatar on multiple short-term UX projects (1–2 months each) for clients including ManpowerGroup, US Bank, and Qatar Airways. Led requirement-gathering workshops, improved user flows and architecture, and delivered wireframes and prototypes tailored to business needs across eCommerce, banking, and aviation domains.

Sep2006 - May2012

PayPal (via Covansys → Full-time)

User Interface Designer Started as a contract UI Prototyper with PayPal’s UX Research team through Covansys, later transitioned to a full-time role as a User Interface Designer. Created responsive, test-ready prototypes using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript for PayPal usability labs. Designed wireframes, task flows, personas, and visual designs for internal tools and user-facing platforms. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.

Worked onsite at PayPal HQ in San Jose, California for 4 months to design an internal Campaign Studio tool for marketing teams. Led requirement gathering with Campaign Managers and BAs, and delivered intuitive task flows, wireframes, and visual designs aligned with PayPal's design system—accelerating campaign personalization and delivery.

Convergys Learning Solutions(formerly DigitalThink)

Associate Web Designer Started as a Multimedia Developer at DigitalThink, which was later acquired by Convergys. Designed interactive e-learning content for clients like Microsoft and Cisco, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using tools like Flash and Photoshop to deliver visually engaging training modules.

Sify Technologies / Element K

Graphic Designer Started as a contract Multimedia Developer via Pro-lease for Sify, later transitioned to a full-time role. Continued under Element K after their acquisition of Sify’s e-learning division. Designed interactive e-learning content for clients like Microsoft, Cisco, and Novartis using Flash and Photoshop.

Early Career at Inpractice Technologies

Web designer I began my career as a Web Designer at a startup called Inpractice Technologies, where I progressed to Senior Web Designer. In a small 10-member team, I designed over 15 websites using HTML, CSS, Adobe tools, Flash, and basic JavaScript. This hands-on role laid the foundation for my design and front-end development skills.
