1. Introduction & My Role

Manpower.com, a leading job listing platform for blue collar jobs, needed a responsive website redesign to provide seamless user experience across web and mobile devices. The existing platform lacked mobile optimization and modern responsive design principles.

As the UX/UI Designer, I redesigned the platform using Bootstrap's responsive framework to ensure optimal functionality across all devices while maintaining the established brand guidelines.

The technical implementation process we followed: Bootstrap Framework for responsive grid system, Fluid images and media queries for optimal content scaling, Cross-device compatibility testing and optimization and SEO-friendly structure with semantic HTML.

I closely collaborated with developers throughout every stage of the Bootstrap website development, ensuring adherence to a responsive design process to deliver a seamless experience across all devices.
